Belated Christmas Party News

Posted by KathalineHarbison47 at 21:31, on Friday, December 29, 2006

This is a little late, I know, but a lot of things came along to delay my message. I do apologize.
We had fifty-seven folks at our Christmas party! What a great gathering! We were especially pleased to have Sammy and Debby Sherrill with us again. Billy Hayes was back with us after a long absence due to heart problems. We had several guests from other classes; Millie and Jimmy Ganong, Herbert Khuen and his wife, Buddy Musser and a friend. We were sorry something happened that kept Johnny Meador from attending.
Leonard's catered the feast, which was delicious. Everyone was more interested in visiting and talking than eating, but we managed to do both with gusto.
How thankful we are to have this group of old friends to share our lives with. Do you realize we are approaching our sixtieth graduation anniversary? How can that be?
God be with each of you and bless you with a wonderful new year!

Scrapper Alumni News

Posted by Josephus at 0:32, on Wednesday, December 27, 2006

All of the news that was posted from Dec. 17 to Dec. 26 has been lost due to an unknown problem on the server. A crucial file that contained the news was lost or overwritten. At any rate, the file disappeared and I had to replace it with a "blank" one.

Sorry about that folks .... for a change, it wasn't my fault.
